Shipping Information:

Our Products are normally shipped within 48 hours of the purchase. If it is purchased before a Holiday or during an extended Holiday Season it will most likely ship when the shipping companies are providing us with shipping services again. Shipping is to the lower 48 States only. For all other shipping locations please email us to get shipping and handling fees first, and we will arrange shipping to other Countries. All International shipping must have confirmed shipping addresses. The items must also be insured. The shipping and insurance must be pre-paid when item is paid for after determining the shipping and insurance cost to the International location.

If an item is picked up locally. There is a $10.00 will call (pick-up) charge.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Because we do sell New and Used products. All products are guaranteed not Dead On Arrival (DOA), unless otherwise stated in that product listing. There are times when we can't check every detailed function on some of the Legacy used products so sometimes it will be sold "AS IS" at a much lower price. If a product is sold "AS IS" we do not accept a return on that product transaction. All products are sold according to its particular product listing.

All returns must be authorized by a Universal Technology Co. Authorized Agent. All authorized returns will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. The item returned will be paid for by the buyer, and must be returned within 7 days after issue of RMA unless it is an International return which takes longer to ship.

NOTE**** An RMA must contain the minimum following information: Buyer Name, Buyer Contact Number, Model Number of Item, Cost of Item, and RMA Number of the Item returned.

Once received there will be a merchandise credit. This could be shipping the buyer another item (based upon agreement of buyer), or a refund to the buyer with the original shipping and handling charges deducted from the refund.

NOTE**** For any product being returned not defective and buyer just decided they did not want the product. The return of that item must be approved by a Authorized Agent. If so, there is a 50% restocking fee, and the original shipping and handling will be deducted from the return.

Cancellation of purchases must be done within 4 hours due to the fact that most purchases will be shipped the same day.

Orders over $1000 must be paid by Cashiers Check or Money Order. Also purchases larger than $1000 can be arranged and paid via Wire Transfer. To do business with us using PayPal, we must ship to a confirmed address within the lower 48 States as defined in the PayPal terms of service agreement.
